Arriving at the wrong time in history. it was great, but that wasn't good enough. The videogame market crashed shortly after launch, due to low-quality titles from all directions. The crash sadly brought the ColecoVision with it. The most improved console would quickly fade into history, being eclipsed by the Nintendo Entertainment System...never to be talked about again. its opportunity and time in the spotlight – were all too short, and that window of time no longer exists. What it could have been will never be known, as history took an different course. The first flopped console – was actually a good one.
