Besides some select titles, it remains a console that should mostly be ignored. Proof that nostalgia is often stronger than logic. It did introduce playable-quality 3D graphics, but the hardware was too limited to deliver 3D experiences. The console was impressive in its day, but that day is long gone. We should remember it however for its innovative camera-views and useful controller. it rebirthed the joystick on the controller, a move that was to stick through home gaming history. The fast load-times were appreciated in their day. The slow-paced and dramatic gameplay are memorable.
